Well hi guys, I wanted to write on this blog to talk about a very important topic that is very touchy and delicate to talk about. Lately in society, body image is a big part in everyone's eyes and can be taken out of proportions. I remember when I first noticed it in myself. You shouldn't be ashamed of who you are and what you look like because all shapes and sizes are beautiful. I would look in the mirror and think I'm not good enough. I would start to skip meals and then eat a bunch and skip eating for a while but it isn't the right way to go. It made me light headed and totally destroyed me and I definitely don't recommend doing that. All that matters is you are happy with yourself and you are healthy. If you want to lose weight, instead of eating less; eating the same but healthier foods are a way better choice. And if you are going to lose weight, do it for yourself and not others. Only your opinion matters and you shouldn't let how you feel about yourself tear you apart. You are all beautiful and worthy and can do wonders to the world; everyone can. I believe that you can love yourself like I'm starting to teach myself to.
